Introducing Our New Head Chef

We’re pleased to introduce to you our talented new Head Chef Richard Hancox.

Having spent the last 18 months as the Head Chef at Worcester eatery 35 The Provenance, Richard’s career has spanned years and multiple countries – prior to his most recent position he spent a year working in various restaurants across Chicago.

Richard has already made his mark on our kitchen, bringing his own brand of creative British cooking to the dishes on our latest A la Carte menu. Our favourite dish of the moment is his roast loin of venison served with parsnips, confit shallots, braised red cabbage and red wine jus.
